Descripción
Hybrid position: 3 days in our Barcelona office, 2 days working from home.
We're looking for someone who lives in the sweet spot between technical and customer-facing work. You'll join our consultancy team, the people our clients rely on day to day: resolving tickets, delivering small enhancements, and — most importantly — spotting problems before clients even report them.
This is not a pure developer role and not a pure business analyst role. It's for someone who can open a SQL query to understand what's going on, read a JavaScript snippet without panicking, and then pick up the phone, book a meeting, and walk the client through the solution. If you enjoy owning client relationships and getting your hands dirty with the product, you'll feel at home here.
Why you'll like it here
Real ownership of your tickets and the client relationship behind them — you see issues through, you don't just pass them along.
Variety, not monotony: one hour you're deep in a SQL investigation, the next you're on a call turning a frustrated client into a happy one.
A team that mixes functional and technical profiles, so you can grow in either direction — deeper into tech or further into consulting.
Direct impact: the pains you detect turn into product and process improvements, and you see them shipped.
Hybrid flexibility (3 office / 2 home) in Barcelona.
What you'll do
Manage and resolve client tickets end to end: analysis, solution, and follow-up.
Deliver small enhancements and configuration changes on client environments (service hour packages and evolutive work).
Proactively detect client pain points — recurring issues, adoption gaps, things that 'work but hurt' — and act on them, escalating or scheduling a meeting with the client when needed.
Run follow-up calls and meetings with clients: you own the relationship, not just the ticket.
Use SQL to investigate data issues, validate behavior, and build or adjust reports.
Read and make light adjustments to JavaScript customizations, with support from the technical team for complex development.
Document solutions and recurring patterns so the whole team benefits.
Your first 90 days
30 days: learn the product, our tools, and how our workflow and ticketing operate. Shadow client calls and shadow a colleague.
60 days: handle your own tickets with guidance, run your first client follow-ups, and start using SQL in real cases.
90 days: manage tickets with full autonomy end to end, spot recurring pains across the accounts you work with, and schedule your own client follow-ups when a ticket calls for it.

What we're looking for
Intermediate SQL: comfortable writing and reading queries with joins, aggregations, and filters to investigate real-world data. You don't need to write stored procedures from scratch.
Basic JavaScript: able to read, understand, and tweak existing scripts.
Genuine proactivity with clients: you notice friction, you ask, you follow up, and you schedule the meeting instead of waiting for the complaint.
Clear communication with both technical and non-technical people, in Spanish and English.
Experience in support, maintenance, consulting, or a similar client-facing technical role.
Not sure you tick every box? If the proactivity part sounds like you, apply anyway — the tech can be learned.
Nice to have
Experience with CRM or ERP platforms.
Familiarity with reporting tools (Crystal Reports, Metabase, Power BI or similar).
Exposure to REST APIs or integrations.
This role is for you if…
You'd rather anticipate a problem than firefight it.
You feel comfortable switching between a query editor and a client call in the same morning.
You like being the person a client trusts — and earning that trust ticket by ticket.
It's probably not for you if…
You want to code all day with no client contact.
You prefer being told exactly what to do next.
