Summary
We are looking for a talented, and highly motivated junior engineer who will be responsible for bringing new products to market reality whilst ensuring high levels of quality to current products. The engineer selected will assist in defining, performing and interpreting tests for products and components. You'll apply testing procedures to ensure product quality and reliability.
Primary Responsibilities
You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and troubleshoot issues, ensuring high-quality product standards are met.
Collaborating with development teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
Executing test cases, documenting results, and communicating findings to stakeholders.
Identifying and troubleshooting issues to provide detailed defect reports and support resolution efforts.
Contributing to the improvement of testing processes and procedures to enhance overall product quality.
Participating in the review and analysis of system specifications to ensure testability and identify potential risks Engineering effectiveness Quality of test procedures.
Required Experience, Education, Skills, Training and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
Basic understanding of product development lifecycle, testing best practices, and test automation tools.
Demonstrate good problem analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Experience with electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes.
Fluent in written and spoken Spanish and English.
Personal interest in the Robotics/Motion Control field.
Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Positive, proactive, and energetic attitude.
High attention to detail with a desire for excellence.
