Key Responsibilities:
Responsible in drafting and reviewing of complaints, judicial affidavits, notices to take possession, and other urgent pleadings, of Deeds of Absolute Sale (DOAS), ROW Grants, Contracts to Sell, ROW Nego Cards, Quitclaims, Memoranda of Agreement (MOAs) and other contracts and deeds of conveyances.
Requirements:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- At least an incoming third year law student of a reputable school
- At least two (2) years of relevant experience
- Must be proficient in basic laws (i.e., Rules of Court, land titles and deeds, contracts, property relations, legal writing) and have a working of standard legal documents.
