Buyer

Working pattern: Approximately 15 working days per month

AS X Operations B.V. is looking for responsible and commercially minded Buyers to join our operations in Spain.
This is a purchasing role, not a sales position. You will meet customers face-to-face, assess purchasing opportunities, negotiate purchases and complete transactions in accordance with established company procedures.
Previous experience in our specific industry is not required. Selected candidates receive theoretical and practical training before working independently.
Responsibilities
- Meet customers professionally at scheduled locations.
- Assess purchasing opportunities according to company guidelines.
- Negotiate purchases directly with customers.
- Make responsible purchasing decisions within established procedures.
- Complete transactions and the required administration.
- Work independently at different locations within your assigned area.
- Follow company procedures accurately and consistently.
Requirements
- Fluent Spanish.
- Valid Category B driving licence.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Professional, responsible and trustworthy attitude.
- Ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel between different working locations.
- Comfortable working in a performance-based environment.
Previous experience in purchasing, negotiation or customer-facing work is an advantage, but is not required.
Compensation
Compensation is based on individual performance and results.
Strong-performing Buyers may earn €900 or more per working day. This is not a guaranteed daily rate.

Training
Selected candidates receive professional theoretical and practical training before working independently.
The training provides the knowledge, procedures and practical skills required to perform the Buyer role correctly.
No previous industry-specific knowledge is required.
