As Brand Manager , you will be responsible for leading and developing the company's brand portfolio across Iberia (Spain and Portugal), defining and implementing 360° marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning, maximize performance, and drive sustainable growth. This role requires a strong customer focus, leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the market, particularly within categories targeting children and families. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, you will have full ownership of your assigned brands and product categories, working closely with the Sales team, external agencies, and key business partners.
Your key responsibilities will include
- Defining and implementing brand and marketing plans for Spain and Portugal.
- Managing the launch and development of new brands and products.
- Developing and overseeing TV and digital marketing strategies across YouTube, influencer marketing, Amazon Ads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Twitch.
- Coordinating in-store marketing initiatives and developing promotional materials to support sales.
- Managing marketing budgets and monitoring campaign performance.
- Conducting market, sales, category, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Leading relationships and negotiations with external agencies.
- Preparing and delivering presentations to clients and other key stakeholders.
- Working closely with the Sales team to ensure the successful execution of marketing strategies and the achievement of business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
A minimum of 4 years of overall work experience, with at least 1 year of previous experience as a Brand Manager.
University degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration (ADE), or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and strategic skills.
A high level of English is a requirement.
Desirable Requirements:
- Knowledge of Portuguese.
- Previous experience in the toy or entertainment industry.

The base salary may vary based on experience, role tenure, performance, industry, and location. Eligibility for the annual performance incentive may apply. Jazwares is a multi-state employer, so the salary range may not apply to other states.

Our work environment provides a flexible work schedule that includes a Monday through Thursday on-site, with an optional WFH on Fridays, up to 20 fully remote workdays each year, and Time Off for vacation.
