What we expect from you?
Technically , it's essential that you possess:
At least 1 year of sales/commercial experience
Experience with CRM usage: Hubspot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, etc…
Communication, empathy and active listening skills
Proactive and resolutive attitude
Native German language and Fully proficient in English or/and Spanish.
And you'll truly shine ✨ if you:
Have worked in a startup environment
Have experience in the HR Tech sector, or have sold digital products.
What will you be doing at Sesame?
Qualify incoming leads from different sources.
Assign qualified leads to the correct Account Executive.
Advice and guide prospects in a consultative way when they are looking for an HR management tool.
