- 2–3 years of experience in a similar Front Office supervisory or management role within a hotel environment, preferably in luxury hospitality.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop teams.
- Excellent guest service, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong knowledge of reservation systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), particularly Opera Cloud.
- Good understanding of Front Office operations, guest relations, room inventory management, and hotel service standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent Spanish and a high level of English are required; additional languages are an asset.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, weekends, and public holidays according to operational needs.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
