Departament and Project description:
As a Contract Management Trainee, you will support the Contract Manager within project teams across both Tender and Execution phases. Your mission will be to contribute to the effective management of contractual, administrative, financial, and scope-related aspects of projects, ensuring full compliance with Schneider Electric’s policies and best practices, while actively supporting value creation and maximizing project profitability throughout execution.
Working closely with Tender and Execution teams, you will learn to:
Monitor contractual commitments (contract coming into force, notifications, payment milestones, claims, and variation orders) in line with Group rules and guidelines.
Identify and highlight key contractual, financial, and administrative risks, considering customer context and protecting Schneider Electric’s contractual rights.
Review notices, claims and Letters of Acknowledgement drafting against corporate guidelines and support the preparation, submission, and management of customer in coordination with the Legal team, until final release.
