As Senior Data Analyst – Performance Analytics & AI, you will play a key role in transforming data into actionable business insights and supporting data-driven decision-making at executive level. The role will initially report to the Head of Group Performance Improvement and is expected to transition into Omya Services & Solutions over time.
Key Responsibilities

Translate SAP and enterprise data into reliable, structured, and decision-ready management insights.

Interpretate performance data, including profitability drivers, margin leakage, cost structures and value improvement opportunities.

Build and maintain analytical models and dashboards to support Group Performance Improvement priorities.

Translate analytical outputs into financially sound conclusions and value improvement actions.

Enable KPI and value realization tracking by developing the technical reporting logic, visualization layer, and data refresh processes.

Apply AI-enabled tools to improve the speed, quality, and scalability of performance analytics and digital capabilities.

Engage with Finance and Business teams to connect data insights to business realities and conversion into measurable value creation.
Key Requirements

University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting, ideally within an international environment.

Hands-on experience with SAP and enterprise reporting environments, combined with strong agility in applying AI-enabled tools.

Strong expertise in data visualization and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, or similar platforms.

Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a dynamic and fast-paced international environment.
