We are looking for a Process Engineer to join our Madrid team and support industrial projects focused on energy systems, industrial utilities and process optimization.
What will you do?
As part of our multidisciplinary engineering team, you will contribute to industrial projects by working on:
Industrial utilities (steam, chilled water, compressed air, HVAC and refrigeration systems)
Energy efficiency and sustainability studies
Process and utility optimization
Energy audits and energy consumption analysis
Process calculations and engineering studies
Decarbonization and carbon reduction initiatives
Technical documentation and feasibility studies
Site visits and technical assessments
You will collaborate with mechanical, process and project engineers to improve the performance and sustainability of industrial facilities, participating in EPCM projects from engineering studies through project execution.

Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial or Energy Engineering.

2–5 years of experience in process engineering, industrial utilities, energy systems or industrial engineering projects.

Knowledge of industrial utilities, thermal systems and energy efficiency.

Experience working on industrial plants within sectors such as Food & Beverage, Chemicals, Life Sciences or Manufacturing.

Practical mindset and willingness to work onsite with industrial clients.

Fluent in English and Spanish. Any additional language is a plus.

Bachelor´s Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Energy, Chemical or Related Fields)
2–5 years of relevant experience in industrial or Energy related Projects.
Proven experience in sustainable Energy and Energy efficiency projects within industrial environments.
