DESCRIPTION
Arabella Hospitality SE is seeking a motivated and analytical Hotel Development Analyst to support the evaluation and development of new hotel opportunities across Europe. In this role, you will work directly with the Head of Development and the Development Manager Spain and contribute to business analysis, feasibility assessments and strategic development projects.
Participate and support in the preparation of business cases, operational analyses, statistics and management reports.- Conduct site analyses, competitive market assessments and feasibility studies for hotel projects across Europe.
- Participate in the preparation of high-quality project presentations and decision-making materials for internal stakeholders and management.
- Support negotiations of Hotel Management Agreements (HMAs).
- Assist with project planning, development and project management activities.
- Communicate with national and international real estate developers, brokers, investors, consultants and franchisors.
- Contribute to strategic development and expansion projects across the European portfolio.
REQUIREMENTS
A successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or a related field; alternatively, a commercial qualification combined with relevant professional experience in the hotel industry.- Ideally 1-3 years of professional experience in a consulting environment, hotel finance, hotel revenue management or a comparable analytical role.
- Strong analytical skills and a high affinity for working with numbers (advanced Excel knowledge).
- An independent, structured, goal-oriented and detail-focused working style.
- Strong team spirit, organizational skills and excellent communication abilities.
- A high level of commitment and the ability to quickly understand new and complex topics.
- Good IT skills, knowledge working with AI tools and particularly in Microsoft Office; strong Excel and PowerPoint skills are an advantage.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English; additional European language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to work from Palma de Mallorca or on a home-based basis in Madrid.
