Essential Requirements:

Advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Digital Strategy, or a related field preferred.

Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing Content Management within the pharmaceutical industry.

Minimum 15 years of multifunctional experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or other regulated industries.

Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience across local market and above-country marketing and commercial functions.

Demonstrated direct leadership experience, including leading large organizations and developing high-performing teams.

Proven track record in strategic marketing, execution excellence, and large-scale business transformation.

Deep understanding of content production, content supply chains, omnichannel engagement, content adaptation, and modular content strategies.
-
Experience driving digital innovation, automation, and Artificial Intelligence-enabled capabilities within complex global matrix organizations.
Desirable Requirements:

Large market commercial experience within a pharmaceutical multinational organization.

Experience developing and implementing best-in-class processes and operating models at scale.

Expected Annual Base Salary Range for role: 109,300.00 - 202,900.00 EUR
The base salary offered is determined based on gender-neutral objectives, such as relevant skills, competencies and experience in accordance with the Novartis pay setting policy and upon joining Novartis will be reviewed periodically.
In addition to your base salary, you may be eligible for a performance-based bonus depending on certain performance parameters.
