We are building a next-generation US Sweepstakes Casino and are looking for an ambitious Digital Acquisition Manager to help drive the next phase of our growth.
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you will own the performance of our digital acquisition channels with a primary focus on Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing, Content Creators and Streamer partnerships. This is a highly commercial, data-driven role where success will be measured by your ability to acquire high-quality players efficiently while continuously improving return on investment.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, obsessed with performance, constantly testing new ideas and always looking for the next growth opportunity. You'll work closely with CRM, Product, Analytics and Operations to ensure every acquisition initiative delivers long-term customer value.
Key Responsibilities

Own the performance and growth of Paid Social, Affiliate and Creator/Streamer acquisition channels.

Plan, execute and optimise campaigns across traditional social channels and emerging digital platforms.

Develop and manage relationships with affiliate partners, influencers, streamers and content creators.

Identify and onboard new acquisition opportunities while negotiating commercial agreements.

Monitor campaign performance, CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV and commercial KPIs.

Collaborate with CRM, Product and Creative teams to improve conversion and player quality.

Conduct competitor analysis and identify emerging acquisition trends within the US Sweepstakes market.

Manage acquisition budgets and ensure efficient allocation of marketing spend.

Prepare regular performance reports and recommendations for the Chief Commercial Officer.

Represent the business at conferences and industry events to develop strategic partnerships.
Requirements

Proven experience managing digital acquisition campaigns in iGaming, Sweepstakes, Social Gaming or another performance-led digital business.

Strong knowledge of Paid Social platforms, affiliate marketing and creator/influencer ecosystems.

Commercially minded with excellent analytical and optimisation skills.

Strong relationship-building and commercial negotiation abilities.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple acquisition channels simultaneously.

Passionate about experimentation, innovation and continuous optimisation.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience with attribution, tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools is highly desirable.
