The OpportunityAre you a fluent German speaker looking to build a career in the sun-drenched city of Valencia? We are looking for motivated Customer Advisors to join our growing banking project. In this role, you won't just be answering phones; you will serve as the face of a leading banking institution, helping customers manage their finances, navigate digital platforms, and resolve complex inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
What You'll Do

Expert Support: Assist German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding account management, transactions, and digital banking tools.

Problem Solving: Identify customer needs and provide accurate, "human-first" solutions in a timely manner.

Security & Compliance: Maintain high standards of data privacy and follow banking protocols to ensure secure transactions.

Initial Duration: First 5 weeks

Schedule: 09:00–15:00 initially, transitioning to your agreed standard schedule

Working Hours & OptionsWe offer full-time and flexible part-time contracts to fit your lifestyle. Select your preferred fixed schedule prior to starting:

Contract Types: 40-hour full-time standard, or 30-hour and 35-hour part-time options

Morning Shift: 07:00–16:00

Afternoon Shift: 14:00–24:00

Candidate Profile

Language Skills: Native or near-native German (C1/C2) and solid English skills (B2 minimum).

Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong potential. Prior banking or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Residency: Currently living in or willing to relocate to Valencia, with valid EU work authorization.

Base Salary: €21,000 gross annual pay (pro-rated for part-time schedules)
