The Role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day delivery of construction activities across our data centre, energy, and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining the construction programme, and ensuring works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities

Manage all day-to-day site construction activities and ensure works are executed safely and efficiently.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to achieve project objectives.

Monitor progress against the construction programme and report on milestones, risks, and delays.

Ensure all works are delivered in accordance with drawings, specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.

Promote and enforce Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards across the site.

Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, equipment, and workforce planning.

Support Project Managers in managing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

Identify and resolve construction issues, technical challenges, and site conflicts.

Maintain accurate site records, daily reports, permits, and project documentation.

Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Requisitos

Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction, infrastructure, industrial, commercial, or data centre projects.

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred.

Strong understanding of construction methodologies, site operations, and project delivery processes.

Experience managing multiple subcontractors and coordinating complex work packages.

Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and construction best practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
