Join our Travel & OM Team!
As a Travel & Office Support Intern, you will support the Travel team in the coordination of business trips and administrative processes, ensuring an efficient service for our employees. You will also collaborate with different departments by providing support in office-related activities and day-to-day operational tasks.
Starting in August 2026, this 6-month internship offers a valuable learning experience within an international environment, allowing you to develop your organizational, administrative, and communication skills while supporting the Travel team in their daily operations. You will contribute to ensuring a high-quality service for employees across the organization.

You will support the coordination and management of business travel arrangements for employees.
- You will support invoicing processes by reviewing, organizing, and tracking relevant documentation.
- You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses to travel-related requests and inquiries.
- You will support the preparation of meeting rooms and assist with office logistics when required.
- You will collaborate on ad hoc administrative and operational tasks that may arise within the office.
- You will contribute to ensuring a high level of service and support for employees across the organization.
- You will assist the team in day-to-day activities, helping to improve efficiency and ensure smooth operations.
- You will participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support projects related to travel administration and office operations.

What you’ll bring along

You are currently studying a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Tourism, International Business, or a related field.
- Previous professional experience is not required; academic projects or internships related to administration, tourism, customer service, or travel management will be valued.
- You are fluent in Spanish and English.
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- You are proactive, service-oriented, and eager to learn in a dynamic international environment.
- You are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage several tasks simultaneously.
- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
