J ob Description:
The Digital Transformation Intern will support the Center of Improvements (CoI) in modernizing business processes, exploring emerging technologies, and contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives.
This internship is designed for students or recent graduates who want to build technical skills, understand how digital solutions are designed and scaled, and gain hands-on experience at the intersection of business and technology.
Interns will work closely with experienced team members, contributing to solution development, research, prototyping, documentation, and improvement initiatives.
Familiarity with automation tools, low-code platforms, or AI prompting is an advantage.
- Support opportunity identification by gathering insights from business teams
- Assist in process analysis and document current workflows and improvement areas
- Contribute to solution design through drafts, diagrams, and technical notes
- Assist in building prototypes and proof-of-concepts under guidance from senior engineers
- Maintain documentation, standards, and best practice libraries for the CoI
- Support creation of reusable assets such as templates and reference materials
- Learn and assist with low-code tools, including automation and workflow platforms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and technical inputs
- Participate in change enablement activities such as training materials and knowledge sharing
- Process automation and workflow optimization fundamentals
- Systems integration basics and API concepts
- Data modeling and reporting
- Low-code development and solution architecture fundamentals
- AI-assisted workflows and structured prompting
- Cloud business applications and modern enterprise ecosystems
- Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), Copilot Studio, or willingness to learn
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Technology, or related field
- Basic understanding of systems, data, or software concepts
- Interest in automation, low-code tools, or digital transformation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to translate ideas into structured notes, diagrams, or simple prototypes
- Strong communication skills in English
- Curious, proactive, and willing to learn from senior team members
- Exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS tools
- Familiarity with Power Platform, Copilot Studio, automation tools, or scripting
- Interest or basic understanding of AI prompting
- Experience working in team-based or agile environments
- Interest in governance, standards, or scalable solution design
