Join our dynamic team as a Repair Center Technician, where you will take charge of your own repair projects from start to finish. You will communicate directly with customer service or customers to identify malfunctions and analyze technical problems with products. Your hands-on expertise will be essential as you complete mechanical and electrical repairs, execute testing procedures, and contribute to installation projects on-site. How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will plan and execute your own repair projects, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Collaborate with customer service and customers to identify and resolve malfunctions.
- Analyze technical issues and complete necessary mechanical and electrical repairs.
- Execute ramp-up, setup, and start procedures to test products and equipment for functionality.
- Support the maintenance of technical documentation and may provide technical advice to junior staff.
What You Bring
- You possess a basic understanding of machine cutting systems and can analyze their functionality.
- Basic English proficiency to read documents and procedures effectively.
- A keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
- Ability to focus on routine tasks, performing manual assembly, disassembly, and verification of components.
- Previous experience in production environments with repetitive processes is valued.
