Dispatcher – Fluent Chinese and Spanish Required

About the Role
YunExpress is looking for a Dispatcher to support the daily coordination of our logistics operations in Madrid.
This position will work closely with the warehouse team, drivers, external partners and Chinese-speaking colleagues. The role requires strong coordination skills, the ability to respond quickly to operational changes, and professional communication in both Chinese and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily transportation and dispatching activities.
- Arrange vehicle schedules, collections and deliveries according to operational needs.
- Communicate with drivers, warehouse teams and external logistics partners.
- Follow up on shipment status and resolve operational issues in a timely manner.
- Update transportation and operational information in the company system.
- Prepare and maintain daily dispatching records and reports.
- Communicate with the Chinese management and operations teams regarding daily activities and exceptions.
- Support other operational coordination tasks when required.
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and Spanish is mandatory.
- Candidates must be able to communicate clearly in Chinese and Spanish in a professional working environment.
- Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatching, warehouse operations or a similar position is preferred.
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office.
- Availability to work in shifts according to operational requirements.
- Eligibility to work legally in Spain.
