Context:
En SYSTRA Ardanuy buscamos un/a Técnico/a de Instalaciones para incorporarse al equipo de la nueva Estación Técnica de Alta Velocidad en Las Tablas (Madrid), una infraestructura auxiliar destinada al estacionamiento, maniobras y mantenimiento de trenes de alta velocidad.
Participarás en la ejecución y control de las instalaciones en edificios no residenciales y naves asociadas al proyecto (oficinas, almacenes, talleres, etc.).
Missions/Main Duties :
- Supervisar la ejecución de las instalaciones de edificación (eléctricas, climatización, fontanería, PCI, telecomunicaciones, etc.) en entornos no residenciales/industriales.

Coordinar con la dirección de obra y el resto de especialidades para garantizar la correcta integración de las instalaciones.

Revisar planos, mediciones y documentación técnica, proponiendo mejoras cuando sea necesario.

Controlar la calidad, plazos y costes de las instalaciones ejecutadas.

Velar por el cumplimiento de normativa técnica y de seguridad.
Profile/Skills :
- Titulación media en Ingeniería (Industrial, Eléctrica, Mecánica, o similar).

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en ejecución y control de instalaciones en edificación no residencial / industrial.

Valorable experiencia en proyectos vinculados a infraestructuras ferroviarias o grandes equipamientos.

Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y de revisión de planos (AutoCAD, etc.).

Perfil proactivo, organizado y con buena capacidad para el trabajo en equipo.
