Responsibilities:

Review, draft, negotiate, and amend a wide range of commercial contracts, including service agreements, SaaS agreements, consulting agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements, vendor contracts, and customer agreements

Analyze and adapt non-standard contracts received from clients, partners, suppliers, and other third parties

Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations, with a particular focus on UK jurisdiction

Identify legal, financial, and operational risks and provide practical recommendations to stakeholders

Support contract negotiations with clients and vendors to achieve commercially favorable outcomes

Collaborate closely with business, sales, operations, finance, and management teams on contractual matters

Manage the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and negotiation through execution and renewal
-
Develop and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and internal legal processes
-
Conduct legal research on contractual and commercial law matters across various jurisdictions
-
Maintain accurate contract records and ensure proper document management practices

3–5 years of experience as a Contract Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer, Legal Counsel, or similar role

Strong experience working with UK commercial contracts and UK legal frameworks
-
Experience supporting contracts across multiple jurisdictions

Proven ability to review and negotiate both standard and highly customized agreements

Experience working with B2B commercial contracts in international business environments
-
Strong understanding of contract law, risk assessment, and legal compliance principles

Ability to identify legal risks and propose practical business-oriented solutions

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
-
High attention to detail and strong analytical abilities

Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously

Fluent English (written and spoken)
