That’s why we are looking for a Packaging Compliance & Regulatory/Quality Technician to dive into the fascinating world of K-Beauty and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest safety and regulatory standards as they enter the EU market.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Packaging Compliance, which will be your main focus. You will dive deep into the new PPWR and EPR requirements affecting packaging in the EU, while also supporting our cosmetic product Regulatory Affairs and Quality areas.

Position: Full-time (40h).
Location: Hybrid model based in Barcelona
What will be your responsibilities?
1. Packaging Compliance (70-80% of your time)
You will take ownership of MiiN Cosmetics’ packaging compliance activities related to PPWR and EPR requirements, covering our own-brand cosmetic products, third-party brands, and non-cosmetic accessories.

Documentation & Verification: Collect, review, and organize packaging compliance documentation from national and international suppliers. You'll make sure everything received is complete, accurate, and aligned with EU requirements.

Records & Archiving: Prepare, maintain, and update internal records and declarations. You'll ensure all documentation is traceable, properly archived, and ready for internal reviews or external audits.
- Coordination & Follow-up: Coordinate with external consultants when extra technical support is needed. You'll follow up proactively with suppliers and internal teams, reporting progress, risks, or blockers to your manager in a clear way.
- Stay Updated: Monitor legal, project, and business deadlines to ensure timely completion of all actions, and stay on top of European packaging regulations (PPWR, EPR, and DPP).
2. Regulatory Affairs & Quality Support (20-30% of your time)

Supplier Homologation: Assist with supplier onboarding for new products and brands, ensuring all technical and regulatory paperwork is complete and organized.
- Review & Compliance: Check technical documentation, including cosmetic labeling, product information, safety data, and website content to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Notifications & Liaison: Prepare and submit CPNP notifications when required, and liaise with suppliers and our Purchasing Team to keep processes smooth and traceable.

What are we looking for?

Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Environmental Sciences, Biology, or a related field. (A Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science or similar is a huge plus!).
- Languages: English proficiency (B2 level or higher) is mandatory, as you will be communicating regularly with international suppliers.
- Soft Skills: An independent, proactive, and well-organized person who can take ownership of a new project, manage multiple tasks, and report progress clearly.
- Mindset: Someone eager to learn, adapt to ongoing legislative changes, and work with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.

Have 1 to 2 years of previous experience in Packaging, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, or similar roles.
- Have completed courses or specializations in cosmetic packaging.
- Know some Korean (highly appreciated!).
