We are looking for a Brand Solutions Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing and advertising solutions that help brands achieve their business objectives. This role serves as a bridge between clients, sales teams, and internal stakeholders, combining market insights, creative thinking, and data-driven strategies to create impactful brand campaigns. The Brand Solutions Specialist works closely with clients to understand their goals, identify opportunities, and recommend customized solutions that enhance brand visibility, engagement, and performance.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals, target audiences, and marketing objectives.

Develop customized brand and advertising solutions that align with client needs and company offerings.

Create and present strategic proposals, campaign recommendations, and media plans.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support campaign development.

Partner with sales, marketing, creative, and product teams to execute integrated brand initiatives.

Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agencies, and key stakeholders.

Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyses for internal and external audiences.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, media planning, account management, or a related field.

High level of english to be evaluated by Talent Acquisition Team.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
