As a brand ambassador, you will deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, building lasting relationships with our customers and actively contributing to the commercial success of the point of sale.
- Permanent contract.
- 36-hour work week.
- Working schedule from Monday to Saturday.
- Immediate start.
What you can expect:

Deliver an exceptional level of customer service that reflects HUGO BOSS's premium standards.
- Provide personalized advice to customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Build long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and client loyalty initiatives.
- Maintain an impeccable store appearance and ensure outstanding product presentation.
- Actively participate in merchandise receiving, replenishment, and stock management.
- Contribute to creating a unique and inspiring brand experience with every customer interaction.
Your profile:

Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in premium fashion, luxury, or specialized retail.
- Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
- Passion for fashion and awareness of market trends.
- Dynamic, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work as part of a team and in demanding environments.
- Previous experience in El Corte Inglés is highly valued.
- Experience in premium or luxury retail.
- Languages: Native Spanish. Arabic and French highly valued.
