The Role:
We're looking for a social media marketing specialist to grow INSTAFLOW's presence and turn it into a channel that brings in real business. You'll own how we show up online, from the first idea to the posted content, and build an audience of Mallorca business owners who trust us before they ever get in touch.
What you'll be doing:
- Owning our social media across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok, and deciding where we should show up next
- Planning and running the content calendar, from short video and reels to carousels and posts
- Shaping a brand voice and a visual style that stay consistent and feel premium
- Producing content that speaks to Mallorca hospitality, real estate, and beyond
- Growing our reach, engagement, and followers month over month
- Managing our community, replying to comments and messages, and turning attention into conversations
- Tracking what works, reporting on the numbers, and doubling down on what grows us fastest
What we're looking for:
- A track record of growing social accounts, with examples or a portfolio you can show
- A strong eye for design and a feel for short-form video that stops the scroll
- Fluent in Spanish and English, German is a strong plus
- Based in Mallorca, ideally with a sense for the local hospitality scene
- Comfortable with editing and design tools, and curious about AI creative tools
- Self-driven and organised, able to own projects end to end without much hand holding
- An understanding of how to reach business owners, not just chase vanity metrics
