As our Talent Acquisition Manager for Southwest Europe (f/m/d), you will play a key role in shaping our teams across Belgium, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Based in Spain and reporting to the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in Germany, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle for your region, partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and hire exceptional talent.
Beyond recruiting, you will also collaborate with the Regional HR Manager to support selected HR operational activities, ensuring a smooth employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across our regional markets from kick-off to offer acceptance, and act as the primary point of contact for all recruitment topics in the region.-
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and guide them on effective hiring practices throughout the process.

Create compelling job ads, and manage postings in our ATS and on local job boards.

Source, screen, interview, and assess candidates through a variety of channels and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.

Deliver an outstanding candidate experience, and support the continuous improvement of our recruitment processes.

Build strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, and staffing partners across functions and countries.

Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen our presence across Southwest Europe.
In addition, you will support the Regional HR Manager with selected HR operational tasks:

Supporting on- and offboarding, employee lifecycle administration, and HR documentation.

Coordinating payroll and benefits administration with internal and external partners.

Maintaining accurate employee records and acting as a trusted contact for employees, and managers on general HR administrative matters.

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent vocational qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a comparable field.

Substantial experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruiting, ideally in an international environment covering both blue- and white-collar hiring.

Good understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including modern sourcing techniques (active sourcing) and experience in working with external agencies and staffing partners.

Recruiting experience in Spain is required.

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, ideallyPersonio.

Excellent communication, stakeholdermanagement and organizational skills.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
