About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Pension Administrator to join our growing team based near Fuengirola. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build or develop a career in offshore financial services, working with an experienced team that administers pension schemes for a global client base.
A key part of this role is delivering first-class customer service. You will be a confident and professional point of contact for scheme members and financial advisers, handling queries with clarity, care, and expertise. Whether by phone, email, or in writing, you will represent the business with a high standard of communication and a genuine commitment to getting things right for the people you work with.

What You Will Be Doing
- Administering a portfolio of offshore pension schemes, ensuring accurate and timely processing of instructions not limited to contributions, transfers, and withdrawals
- Preparing and maintaining scheme documentation, member records, and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, financial advisers, and third-party providers to resolve queries professionally and efficiently
- Supporting compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Keeping up to date with developments in UK pension legislation and industry best practice
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Comfortable working with numbers and financial data
- Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines
- A team player who takes ownership of their work
Desirable:
- 2+ years of experience in pension administration, financial services, or a related field
- Familiarity with pension schemes (e.g. QROPS, SIPPS, or similar)
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks
- Progress towards or interest in professional qualifications (e.g. PMI, CISI)
