YOUR MISSION
Part of the Retail Team at Madrid Head Office, giving support to the retail network of the Mediterranean Region (Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Israel, Kazakhstan & Turkey), while working closely with the Paris HQ,
The Retail Learning Advisor provides administrative, logistical and coordination support to ensure the seamless execution of learning and development programs across retail , helping deliver impactful training experiences and a smooth onboarding process for new employees.

Missions
Training Coordination & Logistics
Schedule and coordinate training sessions (in-person and virtual), managing invitations, registrations, participant selection and attendance tracking.
Organize all logistics related to training: venues, meeting rooms, materials, equipment, meals, hotel bookings and entertainment, coordinating with vendors as needed.
Ensure timely distribution of pre- and post-training materials, and troubleshoot technical issues during virtual sessions.
Collect and consolidate participant feedback to support continuous improvement.
LMS & Documentation
Maintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring accurate records of training paths, certifications and completion rates.
Prepare training materials (presentations, guides, evaluation forms) and support translation of corporate content into local language when needed.
Generate regular reports on training activity and support compliance monitoring for mandatory training.
Onboarding & Employee Support
Prepare onboarding materials for newcomers and support the Retail Learning team in organizing and delivering onboarding for new employees.
Act as first point of contact for employee inquiries on training programs, guiding them on accessing learning resources and the LMS.
Profil
Be a self-starter and autonomous in terms of Agenda and priorities.
Highly organized and rigorous, while working on multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proven ability to deliver results.
Excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
MS Office, full Excel proficiency is mandatory.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, ability to adapt to changes.
Strong communication skills and easy connections with others.
Highly motivated & strong personal interest for luxury & consumer goods environment.
Fluent English & Spanish is mandatory, French is a plus.
REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE
Graduated from Business School, HR or any related field.
A previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role is required, in the retail field and/or HR department will be positively considered.
It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a “contrato de prácticas” based on Spanish labor law (Candidate must hold a valid bachelor or master’s degree obtained in the past 3 years)
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
Start date: June/July 2026.
