Are you ready to be part of Amazon's most ambitious delivery expansion in Europe?
We're scaling our Nexus same-day delivery network from across the EU and we need the right people to help us run it successfully. As the EU Nexus network grows, protecting customer promise around the clock becomes critical. That's where you come in.
As EU Nexus Flow Manager in Central Operations, you will own the overnight operational rhythm across the entire EU Nexus network. You will monitor real-time risk and flow across all active sites, lead your team to identify and resolve operational exceptions before they impact customers, and act as the single point of accountability for the EU Nexus network during night operations. You will manage inbound and outbound capacity, respond to TRB triggers, and work closely with site operators and cross-functional stakeholders to protect LOC and DEA performance through the night window.
We're looking for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, can make confident decisions with incomplete information, and take ownership of outcomes — not just processes. You'll be part of a team that is building the operational backbone for Amazon's next-generation delivery network, with direct visibility across EU markets every single shift.
The position offers a fixed 22:00–06:10 schedule, with working days being Sunday to Thursday.

A day in the life
You will balance leading business reviews with designing operational improvements and supporting live operations. Your day may include facilitating a network-wide DBR, deep diving on delivery performance trends, collaborating with schedulers on shift handover protocols, partnering with site operators on process gaps, and analyzing data to inform capacity decisions. You will continuously evaluate opportunities to improve delivery speed, quality, and cost while contributing to the long-term strategy of EU Nexus operations.
