As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in bridging business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze business processes, and support the delivery of innovative digital solutions that create value for leading international clients.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, or similar.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into clear functional requirements.

Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.
