Avanade is looking for Business Development Executives with strong experience in Financial Services & Insurance Industry (FSI), who are deal hunters, deal makers, originators and self-starters able to develop and win new business in a complex consulting environment with sophisticated technology solutions.
For this role, we are looking for professionals with a proven track record in net new sales, selling digital transformation, cloud, data, AI, business applications and consulting services to clients across the Financial Services Industry, including banking, insurance, capital markets and payments .

Focus on Financial Services & Insurance Industry clients, including banking, insurance, capital markets, payments and other financial institutions.
Identify high-potential transformation deals across digital banking, insurance modernization , payments, risk, compliance, customer experience , data and AI -driven operating models.
Build, qualify and manage a strong pipeline for growth, including proposals, statements of work, commercial negotiations and contracts.
