As a Cheetos Marketing Graduate you will:

- Gain hands on experience in brand building, communication, innovation, market execution across multiple channels, and business planning
Responsibilities:

Lead selected brand projects with increasing autonomy, including innovation (product, pack), PR & influencer activations, events, and in‑store execution.

Lead innovation projects end to end hand by hand with different BU stakeholders (from strategic thinking & opportunity to execution)

Lead tracking and reporting of brand performance, including internal sales, competitive activity, and key KPIs providing clear outputs of risks & opportunities

Support the development and execution of the brand communication strategy.
- Prepare presentations and materials for key internal meetings, brand reviews, and cross‑functional updates.
- Collaborate with key functions such as Trade Marketing, Revenue Management, Category Management, Sales, and Supply Chain depending on project needs.
- Support daily A&M budget tracking and invoice management to ensure accurate financial control.
Qualifications:
What will you need to succeed?

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Proficiency in Spanish & English

Strong skills using Excel and PowerPoint

6 months of practical knowledge in Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally in FMCG.

Strong interest in brand building, creativity, and with a passion for disruptive ideas.
- Highly proactive mindset with the ability to take initiative and propose new actions.

Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to generate insights and transform into action. Understanding and usage of key market analysis tools such as Nielsen, Kantar Worldpanel, internal sales dashboards, and consumer reports, is a plus.

Up‑to‑date knowledge of digital trends and social media.
