We're looking for an ambitious and customer-focused Account Manager to join our Surgical Sales team in Cataluña. If you're a driven sales professional who thrives on building trusted partnerships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering exceptional results, we'd love to hear from you.
What to expect
As an Account Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, increasing market share, and developing long-term strategic relationships across your territory.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, continually expanding Hologic's presence within the region.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across hospitals, clinics, and healthcare organisations.
- Deliver compelling presentations and commercial proposals that demonstrate the value of Hologic's Surgical portfolio.
- Partner closely with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, Clinical Support and other functions to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market dynamics, competitor activity and healthcare trends.
- Use data, insights and CRM tools to manage opportunities, forecast effectively and optimise territory performance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their challenges and helping them achieve their clinical and business objectives.
What we expect
We're seeking someone who combines commercial excellence with a genuine passion for healthcare.
- Proven success in medical device, healthcare or related B2B sales environments.
- Strong consultative selling, negotiation and account management skills.
- The ability to identify customer needs and translate them into effective business solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach and a drive to consistently exceed objectives.
- Strong analytical capability with experience using CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
- Full professional proficiency in both Spanish and English.
- A valid driving licence.
Nice to Have
- Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of the Surgical market and regional healthcare landscape.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, Oracle ERP, or similar business systems.

Travel: This is a field-based role covering Cataluña with approximately 70-80% travel across the territory (typically four days per week)
Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 gross pa base + commission (OTE €67,000 – €90,000 based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets). The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including pension and insurances.
