We are looking for an organised, proactive, and experienced Product Trainer & Technology Point of Contact (POC) to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing training needs, evaluating current practices, and designing and delivering comprehensive training programs for an IoT company. Working closely with our client's Global Training Manager, you will create engaging training materials, tutorials, user guides, and learning resources to support employee development and performance.
In addition, you will serve as the Technology Point of Contact (POC), supporting colleagues with technical issues and acting as the main liaison with the client regarding product and process-related matters.
Key Responsibilities – Product Trainer
- Assess organisational training needs and identify development opportunities.
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programmes.
- Collaborate with managers, team leaders, and fellow trainers.
- Create training materials, presentations, manuals, tutorials, and online learning resources.
- Review, test, and continuously improve training content.
- Maintain and organise the training materials database.
- Deliver onboarding programmes and employee training sessions.
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Trainer, Corporate Training Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and instructional software.
- Experience developing instructional manuals and using modern learning platforms.
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management skills.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
- Outstanding presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English./ Spanish language skills will be considered a strong plus.

Technology POC Responsibilities
- Investigate and troubleshoot product and technology-related issues.
- Support colleagues in resolving technical problems beyond first-level support.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client regarding product and process-related matters.
