As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Event Producer to support the delivery of Fever Originals experiences across our Northern Europe markets. Based in Madrid, you will work closely with Associate Producers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to help bring high-quality live experiences to life.
This role is ideal for someone with early experience in live event production who is excited to grow in a fast-paced, international environment. You should be organized, hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable working with vendors, venues, internal teams, and external partners.
International travel and work across time zones may be required.
You will:
- Manage all aspects of event production for assigned projects, with guidance from Associate Producers and Project Managers, including pre-production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, onsite execution, and post-event wrap-up.
- Support the wider Fever Originals team in the development of new events, implementing new production formats and ensuring Fever remains up to date, and ahead of the curve, on emerging technologies and solutions that can enhance Fever's experiences.
- Create production timelines and ensure that teams are keeping to schedule
- Assess and manage budgets of different scales, working with the Associate Producers and Project Managers
- Communicate and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of event deliverables
- Manage multiple productions and help scale various Fever Originals IPs against team targets
- Research new vendors, technologies, experiences
- Help Project Managers assess and secure venues
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts
QUALIFICATIONS
You have early experience supporting the production of live events and are excited to continue growing in the field. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and pride yourself on your flexible, detailed, analytical mindset. You have operational experience, but also an ability to think strategically from a business perspective.
Candidates need to be passionate about the entertainment/events industry. You will have to be comfortable delivering results in an ambiguous environment, being exceptionally detail-oriented while looking around corners, and thinking bigger about how we create a compelling experience.
- You have 1+ years of experience in live event production, theater, stage management, experiential events, or a related field.
- You are fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, Swedish, Finnish, Danish, Norwegian, Latvian, Lithuanian, or Estonian is a strong plus.
- You are highly organized and able to manage multiple projects or workstreams at the same time.
- You have a hands-on, solution-focused mindset and enjoy finding creative ways to solve problems.
- You have a baseline understanding of technical production requirements.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and excited to push boundaries and try new concepts.
- You communicate clearly with partners, vendors, brands, agencies, talent, and internal teams.
- You are comfortable working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment where priorities can evolve quickly.
- You are detail-oriented while also able to think strategically about the overall event experience.

Our hiring process
- A 30 min video call with one of our Talent Acquisition Managers, to better understand your career plan, assess cultural fit, and answer any questions you may have
- A 60 min online test with three topics: logic, analytics, and written understanding
- A 30 min interview with the Hiring Manager
- A 45 min video call with your future manager, including questions about your profile and a business case presentation (to be prepared in advance)
