This role you will drive customer satisfaction by delivering excellence in centre of bearings and pumps reconditioning “CPEX Hub” (lead the sales of CPEX spare parts to the local customers and service network from quoting to invoicing, deliveries arrangement, customs documentation, stock replenishment and inventory, launch of manufacturing orders, customer reporting and follow up of overdues). Ensuring stock management excellence by performing quarterly inventories of service station’s stocks. Give Support to Head of SCM & Logistics to assure lean local unit operations and logistics.
Your Responsibilities:
-Direct and indirect purchases (PO launch in SAP and invoice review)
- Post goods receipt
-Suppliers registry in supplier management power APP
Main Accountabilities as CPEX Coordinator
Lead and support service network and local customers CPEX enquires including quotation, order processing, invoicing, account receivables, etc. according to company policy
Main Accountabilities as Logistics / Purchasing Support
-Direct and indirect purchases (PO launch in SAP)
-Administration of reception and expedition of goods incl. import and export documents
-Supplier registry in management power APP
