We're looking for a Business Operations Manager to help drive that transformation.
Reporting directly to the COO, you'll work across Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Experience, Finance and Tech to solve operational problems, improve processes and implement solutions that have a measurable business impact.
You'll identify opportunities, lead improvement projects and make the business run more efficiently.
Simplify and automate internal processes.
Solve operational issues and eliminate recurring inefficiencies.
Design better workflows across Customer Support, Operations and Supply Chain.
Lead cross-functional improvement projects from idea to implementation.
Build dashboards and define the KPIs that matter.
Analyze business performance and identify improvement opportunities.
Deliver insights that support operational and strategic decisions.
Improve forecasting and inventory planning.
Optimize purchasing and stock levels.
Monitor supplier performance and operational efficiency.
Automate repetitive workflows.
Connect business tools using platforms such as Make or n8n.
Build practical AI solutions that save time and improve productivity.
You're curious, analytical and highly pragmatic.
You enjoy understanding how businesses work, identifying inefficiencies and turning ideas into practical solutions.
You're comfortable moving between data analysis, operations and execution, and you enjoy working with different teams to make things happen.
3–6 years in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a similar role.
Startup, scale-up or e-commerce experience is a strong plus.
Strong SQL.
Advanced Google Sheets or Excel.
Dashboarding and business reporting.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interest in AI, automation and operational excellence.
Professional proficiency in French and/or English.
Subscription business experience.
Metabase, Looker, Tableau or Power BI.
Make, n8n or Zapier.
AI agents or workflow automation.
Basic Python or JavaScript.
You'll work directly with the COO on high-impact projects that influence how the company operates.
You'll have the autonomy to challenge existing processes, implement your ideas and see the impact of your work quickly.
