We’re looking for a motivated and curious Affiliate Manager Intern eager to learn the fundamentals of performance marketing in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
You’ll gain hands-on experience working with advertisers, affiliates, and marketing technologies, while contributing to projects that make a real impact. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, analytics, and creative problem-solving who wants to kick-start a career in the industry.
What You’ll Do
- Support the onboarding and management of new affiliate partners, ensuring a smooth integration process.
- Assist with campaign setup, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Help with invoicing, reporting, and other operational tasks.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct competitor research and industry analysis.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in digital and performance marketing.
- Collaborate with the team on creative ideas to boost campaign results.
- Provide backup support during team absences or peak periods.
- Support other marketing projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Studying at a university, business school, or other educational institution.
- Able to obtain a valid internship agreement (convenio de prácticas) through your school or university.
- You’re available to work 6 hours per day.
- Availability to start in October 2026
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Strong computer skills; proficient with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets).
- Analytical and curious mindset with a passion for testing, learning, and problem-solving.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and efficiency.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Proactive and eager to take initiative and contribute ideas.
- Genuine interest in performance marketing, ad tech, and data-driven decision-making.
- Eligible for a University internship agreement.
