Junior AI Engineer - Career Growth, Flexibility and Collaboration!

Entrust is seeking a highly motivated Junior AI Engineer to join the AI Team, led by the Director of AI and Automation. This role will drive innovation to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of daily operations across all departments, ensuring streamlined processes and operational excellence. In addition, the selected candidate will help define, prototype, and validate next-generation digital security solutions for Agentic AI systems, contributing to the development of innovative products and capabilities in this rapidly evolving space. The candidate will support the implementation of the innovation pipeline (Pilot MVP Production), with a strong emphasis on leveraging AI/ML technologies.
The listed skills are mandatory, and candidates must demonstrate proficiency in these areas to be considered.
Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and practical experience building AI agents, either programmatically or with AI coding tools such as Codex, GitHub Copilot, or Claude Code.
AI Agent Architecture and Protocols: Understanding of AI agent architectures, tool orchestration, memory, planning, evaluation, and emerging interoperability protocols such as MCP and A2A.
AI Development Frameworks and Platforms: Familiarity with AI development frameworks and platforms such as LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Anthropic SDK, Microsoft Foundry, or comparable tooling.
