The Junior European Payroll Specialist will support the coordination of payroll and labor administration processes across our European subsidiaries, working closely with external payroll providers, local consultants, managers, and employees. This role is ideal for someone looking to continue developing their international payroll career in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
Reporting to the Director of HR, you will help ensure the smooth execution of payroll processes, labor administration, and employee support across different countries.
Key Responsibilities

Support payroll processes across various European countries (UK, France, Italy, Germany) and Dubai, working closely with external payroll providers and labor consultants.
- Review payroll information and documentation to help ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist employees with payroll-related queries, vacation and leave requests, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, and employment documentation.
- Provide administrative support to the European subsidiaries on labor-related matters.
- Collaborate with external advisors to ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR reports and support the tracking of payroll incidents and administrative processes.
What the role requires

Degree in Labor Relations, Human Resources, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Around 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, ideally within an international environment.
- Basic understanding of payroll processes and labor legislation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Experience working with or supporting multiple countries is a plus.
- Professional level of English.

- Working hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Friday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM.
- Hybrid working model.
- Summer intensive working schedule.
- 22 working days of annual leave per year.
- Your birthday off.
- Additional paid days off on 24th and 31st December.
