What Are We Looking For
As an Alliance Manager, you will be a key member of the Alliances team, responsible for driving pipeline generation through partners while coordinating sales and partner activities across the full deal lifecycle. This is a sales-oriented role, with a primary focus on building pipeline with existing and new partners (approx. 65% of time), supported by coordination of deal progression, offer development, and limited involvement in delivery follow-up. You will work closely with Sales and partners to ensure joint account planning, opportunity creation, and effective deal execution — acting as the central coordination point between JAGGAER and its partners, from pipeline generation to deal closure, with light oversight on implementation to ensure continuity and partner performance.

Principal Responsibilities:
Pipeline Generation & Partner Activation ( 65%)
- Drive pipeline creation with existing and new partners
- Coordinate joint account planning between Sales and partners
- Identify and activate target accounts for co-selling
- Identify and onboard new partners (referral, reseller, co-sell models)
- Ensure partners are actively contributing to opportunity creation
Deal Development & Offer Coordination ( 20%)
- Support the development and coordination of offers with partners and internal teams
- Ensure alignment across Sales, Pre-Sales, and partners during proposal phase
- Track progress of partner-involved deals and ensure momentum
Implementation Follow-up ( 10%)
- Maintain visibility on ongoing implementations involving partners
- Escalate blockers impacting delivery or customer satisfaction
- Ensure feedback loop from delivery into future opportunities
Partner Support & Internal Coordination ( 5%)
- Act as internal point of contact for partner-related topics
- Support ongoing partner engagement and communication
- Contribute to continuous improvement of partner processes
Position Requirements:
Must Have:
- Experience in SaaS, alliances, or sales roles, with exposure to partner-driven models
- Proven ability to generate pipeline or support sales through partners
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Sales, partners, and internal teams
- Good understanding of sales cycles and deal progression
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong follow-up discipline
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Commercial mindset focused on pipeline creation and business outcomes
- Fluent in Spanish and English
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with partner ecosystems (resellers, SIs, referral partners)
- French language proficiency
- MBA or Degree in Engineering
- Consulting background with a Global Systems Integrator (e.g., Accenture, KPMG)
