WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Communication & Marketing Manager, you will lead the communications, brand, product marketing, PR, events and sales enablement function for Getnet Platforms, defining the strategy, priorities and governance while ensuring consistent, high-quality execution across internal and external channels.
Your day-to-day activities will include:
- Defining the communications, brand, product marketing, PR, events and sales enablement strategy for Getnet Platforms, ensuring alignment with business priorities, leadership needs and commercial objectives.
- Leading and supervising internal communications, including Town Halls, leadership messages, employee updates, SharePoint and other internal channels, in coordination with the internal communications specialist.
- Overseeing digital and content channels, including the website, SharePoint and other communication platforms, ensuring content quality, consistency, governance and alignment with the company's positioning.
- Building and owning clear messaging around Getnet Platforms' strategy, value proposition, products, milestones and key business priorities, translating complex product and technical capabilities into simple, business-oriented narratives.
- Leading external communications and PR, including press releases, interviews, opinion pieces, awards, media opportunities and coordination with PR partners or Group Communications when required.
- Defining product positioning and messaging for key SaaS platforms, supporting product launches and go-to-market activities with clear, compelling and client-oriented content.
- Overseeing the development of marketing and sales enablement materials, including website copy, sales decks, one-pagers, videos, client content, presentations and event collateral.
- Leading internal and external events for Getnet Platforms, overseeing content, agenda, speakers, logistics, suppliers and overall event experience.
- Managing relationships with agencies, brand owners and internal stakeholders across Leadership, Sales, Product, Technology and other relevant teams.
- Leading and developing the communications, marketing and events team, setting priorities, managing workload, reviewing deliverables and ensuring consistent quality and timely execution.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for a Communication & Marketing Manager to join our team in Madrid, with strong experience across communications, brand, product marketing, PR, events and sales enablement, ideally in B2B technology, fintech, payments, banking or financial services.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with excellent execution capabilities. We are looking for someone able to shape clear narratives, influence senior stakeholders, manage multiple channels and priorities, and translate complex product and technology topics into compelling business-oriented messages.
Professional Experience
- 8-10+ years of experience in communications, brand, product marketing, PR, events and/or sales enablement. Required
- Experience in B2B, technology, fintech, payments, banking or financial services. Preferred
- Experience defining communication and marketing strategies across internal and external audiences. Required
- Experience creating messaging and positioning for complex products, platforms or services. Required
- Experience leading PR activities, media relations, press releases, interviews, opinion pieces, awards or external visibility initiatives. Required
- Experience developing marketing and sales enablement materials such as sales decks, one-pagers, website content, client presentations, videos or event collateral. Required
- Experience managing internal and external events, including content, agenda, speakers, suppliers and logistics. Required
- Experience managing agencies, brand stakeholders and cross-functional teams. Required
- Experience leading or coordinating a communications, marketing or events team. Required
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, Advertising or a related field. Required
- Master's degree or postgraduate qualification in Communications, Marketing, Digital Business, Corporate Communication or a related area. Preferred
Languages
- Spanish: excellent written and spoken level. Required
- English: excellent written and spoken level. Required
Hard Skills
- Excellent writing, storytelling and editing skills in English and Spanish. Required
- Strong ability to define messaging and translate complex technical/product topics into clear, engaging and business-oriented narratives. Required
- Solid understanding of communications, PR, brand, product marketing, sales enablement, events and channel governance. Required
- Strong editorial judgment and ability to adapt tone and messaging to different audiences and channels. Required
- Ability to review and improve high-quality presentations, documents and visual materials created in PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools. Required
- Experience with website content, SharePoint and internal communication channels. Required
- Experience producing sales enablement and go-to-market materials for commercial teams. Required
- Experience managing agencies, suppliers and external partners. Required
- Understanding of SaaS, B2B platforms, payments or financial technology. Preferred
- Familiarity with corporate communications in complex, global or matrix organizations. Preferred
