About iMile
iMile is a fast-growing international logistics company specialized in last-mile delivery and e-commerce logistics. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Quality Operations Specialist to join our Madrid Operations team.
Main Responsibilities
- Monitor daily logistics operations through data analysis and identify operational issues.
- Analyze KPIs and operational reports to detect deviations and improvement opportunities.
- Support warehouse and logistics network management.
- Collaborate with Operations teams to improve processes and operational efficiency.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports.
- Follow up on corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support additional operational projects assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Native Chinese speaker.
- Fluent Spanish (spoken and written).
- Good analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work with operational data and KPIs.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous experience in logistics is desirable but not essential.
- Recent graduates and candidates looking to transition into logistics are welcome to apply.
