All Nations Wholesale is a leading B2B distributor of ethnic and international FMCG products, serving business customers across Spain, Sweden, and Slovakia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our Valencia site and drive its next phase of growth.
About the role You will take full ownership of the Valencia operation, including sales performance, warehouse operations, team development, and growth planning. This is a hands-on leadership position: you will move between the warehouse floor and the sales pipeline, setting the pace and direction for the entire site.
What you'll do
- Take full responsibility for the Valencia operation. You own the results.
- Grow sales. Set targets, build strategy, track performance, close the gap between plan and reality.
- Build and lead the sales team. Recruit talent, train them, hold them accountable, help them win.
- Build and lead the warehouse team. Improve efficiency, safety, and daily execution. Plan for growth.
- Identify new opportunities, new products, new customer segments, and act on them.
- Coordinate with leadership across our Malmö and Bratislava locations to align on company-wide goals.
- Report on performance and progress to senior leadership.
What you bring
- Management experience in wholesale, distribution, or FMCG. You've run a team and delivered results.
- Knowledge of ethnic or international food and grocery products. Candidates with this background will stand out.
- A track record of growing sales, not just holding steady.
- Comfort managing both people and numbers.
- You read a P&L and coach a rep with equal confidence.
- Spanish and English fluency. Additional languages are a strong plus given our international customer base.
- A forward-thinking mindset. You plan the next quarter while running the current one.
