We are expanding into Malaga and are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Associate to become the first member of our local team. This is an exciting opportunity to join us at an early stage and grow alongside our business as we establish our permanent office in Malaga.
Position Overview
This is a part-time, hourly position, initially offering 10–20 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours as client demand increases.
During the initial phase, the role is mobile and field-based, requiring travel throughout Malaga to meet clients. As our local operations expand, a permanent office will be established, providing opportunities for career growth and increased responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients across Malaga to assist with administrative paperwork and document handling.
- Coordinate appointments and manage day-to-day client communications.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documentation, and timestamps.
- Serve as the primary local point of contact for Globeia's global operations team.
- Support the setup and day-to-day operations of our Malaga office as the business grows.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: 13.00€ - 15.00€ per hour
