Lead the Business Solutions strategy to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and scalability of the Customer Value Management function by identifying business needs and translating them into technology-enabled solutions.
The role is responsible for driving business transformation through process optimization, automation, AI and digital capabilities, acting as the bridge between business teams within LatAm and technology functions to ensure the successful design, implementation and adoption of innovative solutions.
The candidate will join the LatAm Customer Value Management team.
Main functions and tasks:
Define and execute the Business Solutions roadmap aligned with Customer Value Management, Operations and IT strategic priorities.
Identify opportunities to improve business processes, productivity and operational effectiveness through technology and automation.
Act as the main interface between Customer Value Management and IT, Data, Digital and external technology partners.
Gather, prioritize and translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
Coordinate the evaluation and implementation of business solutions, including AI, automation, RPA, workflow tools and digital platforms.
Drive the adoption of AI-driven capabilities to improve decision-making, operational efficiency and customer value management.
Lead process redesign initiatives to simplify operations and eliminate manual activities.
Promote the automation of recurring processes, reporting and operational workflows.
Identify opportunities to leverage customer data and advanced analytics within business processes.
Coordinate solution implementation, testing and business validation, ensuring successful deployment and adoption.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure the business impact of implemented solutions.
Ensure alignment between business priorities, technology capabilities and delivery roadmaps.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across Customer Value Management processes and operating model.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer, Marketing, Operations, Finance, IT, Data and Digital teams to maximize business value.
Desired Qualifications and Skills:
7+ years of experience in Business Transformation, Business Solutions, Process Excellence, Consulting, Digital Transformation or similar roles.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Information Systems or related fields.
Strong analytical, strategic and problem-solving capabilities.
Experience leading business transformation and process optimization initiatives.
Strong understanding of business process automation, workflow redesign and operational excellence.
Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
Knowledge of AI, Generative AI, RPA, workflow automation and digital platforms.
Experience managing technology implementation projects in collaboration with IT and business stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
Ability to simplify complex business problems and translate them into practical solutions.
Experience in recurring revenue industries (telecom, SaaS, utilities, insurance or similar) will be highly valued.
Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese will be considered a plus.
