The Role
We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, promoting a strong safety culture, minimizing workplace risks, and supporting the safe delivery of complex projects within the data centre, energy, and infrastructure sectors.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures, and management systems.

Ensure compliance with local legislation, company standards, and client specific HSE requirements.

Conduct site inspections, audits, and safety assessments across all active projects.

Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions.

Deliver safety inductions, toolbox talks, and HSE training.

Monitor environmental compliance, waste management, and sustainability initiatives.

Support project teams and subcontractors in maintaining safe working practices.

Prepare HSE reports, safety statistics, and performance metrics.

Ensure appropriate emergency response and evacuation procedures are established and maintained.
Requisitos

Degree, diploma, or professional qualification in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Proven experience as an HSE Manager within the construction, infrastructure, energy, or data centre sectors.

Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and environmental regulations.

Experience conducting audits, inspections, and incident investigations.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
