Livo is building the AI-powered operating system for the healthcare workforce. We operate at the intersection of HR Tech, marketplaces, and applied AI, tackling one of healthcare’s hardest problems: getting the right healthcare professionals into the right shifts at the right hospitals.
Livo Pool is our marketplace. It connects healthcare professionals with hospitals, matching open shifts with available, qualified professionals across Spain, Italy, and Poland. Today, we’ve grown the Pool to 50,000 registered healthcare professionals and 200 hospitals across those three markets.
We are looking for an AI-fluent Product Manager to own Livo Pool and take this marketplace to its next stage — growing it, scaling it, and building the best possible experience for both healthcare professionals and the facilities they serve.
This role is designed for a strong, opinionated, outcome-driven Product Manager who is genuinely AI-fluent — someone who has built and shipped with AI, not just read about it. You build deep intimacy with customers, and you’re genuinely curious to dive into the specifics of healthcare: how hospitals staff their units, how professionals choose shifts, and where the friction really lives. We are explicitly looking for someone who embodies the traits of a great PM: deeply customer-centric, highly accountable, technically fluent, and relentlessly focused on impact, not process for process’ sake — and who instinctively reaches for AI to change what the product and the team can do.
You will lead the Pool product end to end, working directly with the founders and side by side with the business lead of the marketplace. You will not act as a feature coordinator or backlog secretary. You will be responsible for understanding the problem better than anyone else in the room, defining how AI changes the user experience and the operations behind it, and driving the team toward the right solution.
Become an expert on both sides of the marketplace: the healthcare professionals who pick up shifts, and the hospitals, HR, nurse directors, and operations teams who post them.
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Livo Pool end to end, in lockstep with the marketplace business lead.
Grow and scale the marketplace: improve supply and demand balance, matching quality, and the experience on both sides.
Lead continuous product discovery through direct customer conversations, field visits, and data analysis — building deep intimacy with professionals and facilities.
Define clear problems to solve and success criteria before jumping to solutions.
Identify where AI can remove friction, automate decisions, improve matching, and create better outcomes for facilities and professionals — then design workflows that feel useful, trustworthy, and controllable.
Build and deploy AI agents to streamline the operations workflows behind the Pool, turning manual coordination into automated, reliable processes.
Translate insights into crisp product requirements, trade-offs, and sequencing decisions.
Maintain a focused, prioritized backlog that reflects real business and user value.
Work in lockstep with the founders and the marketplace business lead on product strategy, roadmap decisions, and execution.
Treat AI as a first-class material of the product, not a bolt-on feature: matching, recommendations, automation, workflow orchestration, and user support.
Design, build, and deploy AI agents that streamline the operations workflows behind the Pool — replacing manual coordination with automated, observable, reliable processes.
Balance automation with human oversight where operational risk, compliance, or customer trust requires it.
Use AI tools yourself to accelerate discovery, research, prototyping, analysis, and communication — and raise the bar for how the whole team works.
4+ years of experience as a Product Manager building networked products — marketplaces, platforms, or other multi-sided products. Health tech experience is a nice to have.
Genuine AI fluency: you stay current on what’s possible, prototype quickly, and have strong instincts for where AI does and doesn’t belong in a product.
Strong customer obsession: you regularly talk to users and enterprise customers and let evidence, not opinions, drive decisions.
Clear understanding of marketplace dynamics: supply, demand, liquidity, matching quality, incentives, and trust.
Proven product judgment: you can say no, make trade-offs, and prioritize ruthlessly based on impact.
Comfortable operating with high ownership and ambiguity in a fast-moving startup environment.
Ability to work deeply with engineers, with solid technical fluency and a strong focus on outcomes.
Clear, structured thinking and communication; you simplify complex problems for diverse stakeholders.
Bias toward action and accountability: you move things forward and measure success by results, not by shipping features.
Fluent Spanish is a must-have.
Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents in production — ideally to streamline or automate operational workflows.
Not a delivery-only or ticket-management role.
Not a proxy project manager.
Not a purely strategy or documentation role detached from real users.
Not a role where AI is a buzzword — we expect you to ship it.
