What's your mission?
To contribute to the optimal performance of the Rubí HQ factory through efficient, safe and cost-effective technical practices, in line with the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Cost Center objectives.
️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Participate actively in preventive and corrective maintenance operations, including planning, execution, and follow-up of interventions. Role of main user for the GMAO tracing software.
Identify and assess risks that may impact production capacity and output, proposing mitigation actions to ensure operational continuity.
Prepare, analyze, and present key performance indicators (KPIs), with a focus on automation efficiency, robotic performance, and related productivity ratios.
Propose and help maintain the preventive maintenance plan and calendar, ensuring proper documentation and databases. Both internal and external tasks following legal requirements and company standards.
Participate in cross-functional meetings with production teams and team leaders to align priorities and technical needs.
Coordinate and supervise technical works carried out by external contractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
Read and interpret technical documentation and drawings (mechanical, electrical, CAD) to ensure accurate execution of maintenance and installation activities.
Proactively assess operations to detect inefficiencies and recommend continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles.
Support the tendering, selection, and acquisition of new machinery and equipment, ensuring the proper installation, commissioning, and training to production teams.
Provide technical support to production teams, including troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maximize equipment availability.
Collaborate in the planning and coordination of factory shutdowns, including project implementation and facilities upgrades.
