Your Opportunity
As an Analyst within our M&A team, you will play an active role in the execution of advisory mandates and strategic transactions. From day one, you will be involved in complex and challenging projects, benefiting from significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, investors, and external advisers.
You will contribute to a wide range of transaction types, including:
Buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions
Cross-border strategic acquisitions and disposals
Capital raising
Corporate valuations and strategic reviews
Financial modelling and valuation

Tasks and responsibilities:
Supporting the execution of M&A transactions throughout the entire deal lifecycle
Preparing financial models, valuation analyses, and transaction materials
Conducting industry, company, and market research
Assisting with due diligence processes and data room management
Coordinating interactions with clients, legal advisers, consultants, and other transaction stakeholders
Preparing presentations, information memoranda, management materials, and client deliverables
Monitoring project timelines and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality work
Contributing proactively to internal discussions and idea generation
Supporting senior bankers in the preparation of pitches and business development initiatives
